Blood In stool
I noticed a little bit of bright red blood in my stool. It looked a little slimy. I waited a few hours not knowing what's going on to see if it happened again but there wasn't a sign of blood the second time. What does this mean?

You might have had a bit of fresh blood bleeding only once, but it's quite alarming and a symptom not to be ignored. It may be due to slight tear in the rectal area or may be a haemorrhoid/fissure/fistula .If you have a history of Colorectal cancer in your family ,kindly don't ignore it.. Its better to see a doctor once.
