Blood in urine
I was fine till this morning but when i went for shower i saw blood coming out instead of urine from my penis . At first i thought i have kidney stone again as i had few months ago but usually after blood in urine , it starts paining if i had a stone but i had no signs of pain . In fact, i drank 3 glasses of water but blood was still there.

Get thorough check up of your urinary tract be urine examination routine and microscopic along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for the KUB region.a good NCCT also helps in detecting residual stone disease
