Platelet count is slightly low but not alarmingly low. Keep your diet normal with a little more of seasonal fruits. Question is why do you feel chills. See your mouth (oral) temperature when you wake up in morning, than in afternoon and at night when you go to bed. Pl record findings for 2 days and if any reading is abnormal then share the same with us. Do not chech temperature after doing push ups.
Next Steps
Take plenty of water, and atleast one or two lemons every day.
