Blood Pressure
Can we cure permanently the high Blood pressure. I am a 29 year old guy my BP is all time 150/100, is that a problem, can we bring down to the normal 120/80. If so How many days I have to be in Ayurveda medicine

Lifestyle modifications according to ur prakriti( ayurvedic body constitution-Vata-Pitta-Kapha)goes a long way in keeping u healthy. There is no data available for permanent cure but ayurvedic medicines are non habbit forming.

Hi It hypertension cannot be cured but can be maintained by proper diet ,yoga n lifestyle.. It needs hard dtermination..and regular check up s.. I cannot say it can be cured but it can be controlled

Hypertension is a disorder which needs diet and lifestyle correction in order to keep it maintained along with the anti hypertensive medicines. Over a period of time you can see the result. It's not advisable to stop anti hypertensive agents abruptly without the experts opinion.
