Blood pressure
Hello I am 22 years old and i am non smoker and do not drink. My bp reading is 130-140/90 all time. My cardiologist and endocrinologist did all the tests and everything was normal and they are saying that i am having white coat syndrome. When doctors and nurse check my bp its 140/90 and when i check with a manual sphygmomanometer it is 128/88.Howto make this normal ? Does normal body sodium level mean that my sodium intake is not high ?my fasting blood sugar was 94, should i worry ?
