Blood pressure high in 24 year old
I a worried about my BP. Got it checked thrice n all three times 150/100,160/100.. but at home on omron the bp is always 130/80 with max bp 150/90 I have been monitoring with the latest machine and it has always been like this. I do understand there can be few fluctuations and differences but in my case it is quite significant and influencing the decision to start the medicine My ecg, echo, kidney liver thyroid normal I am obese with 43 waistline

Your blood pressure readings are on higher side.At this time , there's no reason to start pharmacological treatment ,instead you can concentrate on lifestyle modification diet modification and exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day.Reduce salt intake increase potassium intake , avoid smoking cigarettes.
