  4. Blood pressure is 140/100. Pressure.

I have cold and cough , I don't know why I got anxious about blood sugar and went for blood checkup and reached clinic by walk for like 500m and then gave blood sample. And immediately wanted to check my blood pressure it is like 140/100 so can anxiety and cold cause elevated blood pressure.
