There are ways to control BP without medicines if there are any modifiable factors like obesity, smoking, alcohol, sedentary lifestyle and dietary habits. If you have any of these factors we can modify it with lifestyle changes and control your bp. But if you do not have any of these factors and have a family history of high bp then you might need medicines.
