I am someone who is self devoted towards my fitness and health. I have been exercising since more than 7 years now and it's been consistent since then (mostly 3-4 times a week). The routine I follow is of strength training and involves a lot of stretching in it. I discovered the routine myself online and have been following it with minor variations since then.
I have had problems of blood spotting along with discharge post my workout routine. It's not only on the same day that I face this issue, but is of a continued nature. Sometimes I get the discharge with blood for the next 3-4 days as well even if I don't exercise.
I would like to understand whether this is normal for people who undertake rigorous workouts or there is something to worry about? I don't face any kind of pain or anything . My period cycle is very regular. I eat and sleep in time. Drink ample of water.
