My Blood sugar random ( fasting ) is 89.1 Hba1c = 6 Estimated average glucose = 125.5 Is this too high , do I need to start medication. Or lifestyle changes is enough Is it too high or dangerous My B12 is 210 on lower side

You are in the pre diabetic range. Just lifestyle modification like diet and regular walking, exercise is more than enough. You need medication for Vit B12 deficiency
