Blood test done for RA
Dr ,I'm 33 female and Thalassemia Minor and attached are my reports The RA test shows value 64 I don't really know the cause and 6 months back had done test it was same I have extreme muscle pain and get triggering pain at times .have lot of weakness too Attached is CBC and blood test report Need your help as to what should be done Regards Mona

Usually RA presents with pain and swelling in multiple joints ..if the presentation is unusual..like in your case..complete clinical history and examination is very important to rule out RA..moreover we can also do..anti CCP test which is more specific and even other autoimmune diseases in which RA factor can come positive..should also be looked for.. Please consult Rheumatologist
