Hello I am using my computer and tablet for more than 10 hours a day and at every evening I am having blurred vision so what should I have to do? is it because of dry eyes or something else

Hello This is suggestive of dry eyes Reduce screen time Take multiple breaks while working on system Cold compresses help Use lubricating eye drop frequently

Yes, it could be due to dry eyes. Put lubricating eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops 4 times a day
