I am taking these medicines now (pres. attached)... So when i wake up in morning to do exercise , i dont have energy in my body and also drowsiness is there... What should i do to have energy to run and do exercise??... I need energy supplement which do not interact with my medicine

You need to reduce the medications after consulting your doctor as it could be side effect of using multiple medications. Reduce stress levels. Do pranayama and yoga and need to relax yourself

Take tablet MODALERT 200  in the morning and reduce the dose of amazeo

The drowsiness could be related to morning dosage of lopam(lorazepam) and amazeo. You can consult with your psychiatrist on titrating the dosage
Next Steps
if possible, stop morning dosage of lopam and amazeo. if needed go on for second opinion online or in person
