Body odour
Sir, I am suffering from foul smelling of my sweat. I don't sweat excessively but the odour is very bad. I don't drink alcohol or smoke.

Keep armpit hairs shaved, take bath twice daily with soap, use a good deodorant and perfume, Drink lot of water

Hi. These are the following things that you could do: 1. Maintain good personal hygiene - have bath daily, twice daily if u feel u sweat a lot, use a good soap and also use a deodrant. 2. The odour could be - due to secretion of certain oily secretions (sebum) apart from sweat and this is acted upon by microorganisms that gives bad odour. 3. use benzoyl peroxide based washes - a few times a week. 4. avoid repeating clothes without washing. 5.
