Body pain and depression and tension
Am 26years old,79kg, 5"8 ,Am suffering from Body Pain (Pain in LEGS, FOOT FINGERS, Pain in side Of foot TOES, Hand fingers, ARMS. Pain of hand , fingers and foot and foot fingers comes for 3-4 seconds and go. And leg pain sometimes continues for a while. My VITAMIN B12 - 98.4 pg/ml VITAMIN D - 56.1 URIC ACID - 7.4 CRP TEST - 4.1(NORMAL) RA FACTOR- NEGATIVE(NORMAL) ANTI CCP -NEGATIVE ESR -NORMAL Am so depressed and in tension due to  these pain including fear of having arthiritis. My pain comes and goes. Whole day am worried about these pain. Even am not able to sleep for  3 nights continues due to tension, then doctor give me anxiety pills, then i able to sleep. Am not taking that medicine any more. But still am very tense about these pain in body. Right now am taking 1. MEGANERV FORTE (daily one) 2. CALCIGEN D3 ( ONCE a week) 3.  GASTRIC MEDICINE ( empty stomach one daily) Please help me, are these pain is due to vitamin deficincy or uric acid or not. I think am in depresion.

Depression is a broad term,need evaluation and follow up. It can be chronic fatigue syndrome.Detailed history is needed.Take online consultation.
