Hello, The symptoms you're experiencing could be due to a viral infection, as suggested, but given the severity of pain and inability to walk or hold objects, we should not ignore the possibility of other conditions like dengue fever, chikungunya, or other systemic infections, which can cause high fever with intense body pain. It’s important to monitor any additional symptoms like rashes, joint swelling, or bleeding tendencies. For now, please take paracetamol to manage the fever and stay well-hydrated. Avoid other painkillers, as they can sometimes complicate symptoms in viral fevers. To ensure a proper diagnosis and prevent any complications, I recommend a consultation for a detailed assessment and relevant investigations. You can contact me directly for a better evaluation and treatment through WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care, and looking forward to assisting you further.
