  4. Body Shivering and very tired. For this?

Body Shivering and very tired
His body is shivering but he is not feeling cold. He is not able to stay relaxed or lay down with ease, keeps his body stiff. He says he is not feeling cold. He just says that his legs are paining a bit and very tired. I am not able to take him to a Doctor nearby too as he is finding difficult to walk. What would this be? What can i do for this?
