Body temperature remains 94-96 F
Sir my body temperature is laying between 94-96 F lower than normal temperature...is this hypothermia?? What I can do for it please suggest

First of all u need to rule out error in thermometer,  it will be better measure using other thermometer and measure axillary or oral temperature , even if it is less wear more cloths and consult doctor

See you need to measure body temperature for 3 mins or until it beeps. Improper measurements gives you low reading many times. If you have any other symptoms other than low body temperature kindly elborate or consult for proper evaluation and management.

It can be normal if other symptoms are absent and it's normal body temperature

Occasionally , when exposed to cold in winter, this is not alarming . With loose motions any day, temp may go down. However, it is happens often, get a Thyroid test (T3 T4 TSH) done.
