Boils inside the vagina before periods

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Very painful boils every month inside the vagina just before my periods. I was only spared when I was pregnant. I have always had this boils even when I was a virgin. Treated severally with antibiotics to no avail. Its currently located inside the vagina where there are no hair pores.
