Bondage towards work documents.
Sir,I have joined job in 2015.But,I am facing an unbelievable mental bondage problem.The problem is that when I got the job,I got an appointment letter.At that time,I was very happy.But,, suddenly something struck in my mind that I need the experience certificate stating the time duration,without resigning the job.My mind wants the experience certificate along with the appointment letter,then only mind says the work will be completed,otherwise it's incomplete.Now,I am struck with bondage. help.

Look more like obsessive thinking. consult immediately . dont worry its magical thinking. do opposite of what your mind is telling
