Bone and joint pain all over the body
I have been experiencing bone and joint pain all over the body since 3 days. It started developing after I did a yoga aasan. I had very mild fever on the first day which went away, now I only have intermittent pain which bothers at night and also causes night sweating. I am diabetic and have hypertension. Can you let me know what can I do to overcome and reduce this pain?

The pains are due to stretching of your body after the yoga poses. Continue the Stretching once the fever settles.
