Bone fracture
What is the implications of applying hot fermentation on the fracture site for one week.Also, is it normal to have little bleeding from the wound on the leg..Thank you

It is not advisable to use hot fomentation at the fracture immediately after injury. It is not normal to bleed from the fracture site. I think you should consult a ortho. Surgeon.

Kindly send photo of X-rays cold fomentation is advised for first one or two days till it is immobilised by pop/ fibre cast/ slab or crepe bandage consult me online thru practo

You should use local iceing not hot fomentation. Bleeding at Fracture site is not good sign

Never hot, always ice packs after injury. But I would suggest you visit an orthopedic surgeon. it could be a lot more serious with an alleged open would.
