Hi I am having constant pain in foot.. Today i have confirmed in MRI scanning that i am having bone marrow edema.. Could you please let me know what is the best way to cure this...

Daily drink half litre water in empty stomach. Daily drink two spoon of wooden crush sesame oil in morning.
