I am 24 years old. I have bow legs and now I have stated feeling pain in my left knee and sometimes a cracking sound is also heard.
I want to know if it is an indication of osteoarthritis and can it be treated without surgery (both bow legs and knee pain)?

If you have bow legs which is more then normal then biomechanics of your knee ll get altered and you will have pain and early onset of osteoarthritis...to prevent this you might need correction of bowing

For bow legs Please send x rays of legs including knee joints
You are too young to have osteoarthritis
Cracking sounds are normal in all
You don't have to worry
