Asked for Male, 42 Years

I've been having constipation lately and not going enough for days then will have a day of miserable pain when the bowels start moving i have a tore up stomach and its a horrible smell. I decided today to take and do basically a colonoscopy prep after having some hard dry stool that was passed after using suppositories. I am passing little stool and the fluid from prep is flowing by

Constipation for long time is not good for our bowel. Passing little fluid and stool after suppository can happen for some.

Take good sleep, good nutritious diet, avoid junk food, avoid spicy and oily food, take plenty of fluids, daily exercise is suggested, take good amount of fibers in your diet. This will help you in constipation.
