Can this be cure without medicine? I never had bp problems before but occasional check came out to be higher than normal.

Do bp charting 3 times in a day for 5 day's. Low salt diet. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking. Avoid tobacco or pan masala. Don't take unnecessary stress. Keep your self hydrated. Go for morning and evening walks.

Occasionally high BP can be due to stress, high salt diet, less sleep etc. You need to monitor it regularly. If always above 140/80 mm hg in digital machine, please consult with a physician online for further management
