I am a very anxious person especially when i visit hospital, i get to have anxiety and restlessness when i visit a hospital. In hospital when they check my bp and heart rate, both are at high side. Maximum bp raised till 150/90 and heart rate above 130 bpm. I feel like heart is pounding. Other time i am simply normal and my heart rate is below 90 bpm and i feel relaxed. I am a 26 years guys, should i start bp medicines by this age, after having such high bp and heart rate. In feb 2023 my bp was 140/90 & 130/80 & in march 2023 recently checked when i faced anxiety and restless my bp was around 150/90. Am i prone to have bp issues later years. Can i reduce bp without any medicines?. I do not have any special sysmptoms like chest pain or breathing issue.
