My mother has BP of 120/90... or 110/90... is this anything to worry about. ? She is already taking olmazest 20mg for BP

Her systolic blood pressure is within the normal limit whereas the diastolic blood pressure is elevated.Along with the medicine,she could follow a healthy diet habits and lifestyle changes.

Nothing much to be done except Regular BP monitoring, healthy diet limiting Salt intake to 4-5 mg per day. Also get her tested for CBC, Kidney functions, Lipids, Thyroid, Ultrasound KUB, ECG and 2D echo.

Blood pressure 120/80 mm hg is normal Your mother is already a hypertensive patient using olmazest 20 mg now having 120/90 or 110/90 means appropriate for her condition, continue same medication and do home monitoring of blood pressure
