After doing morning exercise and walk ....While setting (resting) for long time My heart rate is dropping to 46..47 for few seconds, at the time I feel sleepy and then going above 50s even in 60s... I don't feel any symptoms releted to bradycardia. I was having my resting heart rate in 50s from last 2 years but now I have adopted change in lifestyle, i am having almost 6 hour of sleep now and having more physical excursion in morning which is some thing new to my body, which Includes exercise, walking and running? Should I have to worry for this drop in heart rates? As I am not having any symptoms of it? When I walk heart beats increase and remain Around 90 to 100 while on running it goes up to 170 to max heart rate (190). I am seeing this drop in heart rate after I changed my lifestyle as by waking up early and doing exercise
