  4. Breast pain. Symptom of breast cancer?

Breast pain
Both my breasts pain at the same place. At the corners near underarm. Is it because of the ill fitted bra? The pain has reduced since the time i have stopped wearing the bra. It's been 3 days. I massage the breasts every night. And i do feel the difference with each passing day. Is this any symptom of breast cancer?
