Breast Pain - I Have A Pain Or A Burning Sensation In The Left

I have a pain or a burning sensation in the left breast that comes and goes but the left nipple remains highly sensitive. Both my breasts feels to be lumpy but the left breast seems to be affected all the more. I am 22 year old.
