M having pain in my Breasts around nipples and it's feeling very heaviness in both breasts The pain is like a pinching pain and very worst

Usually for a girl of ur age there may be pain and tenderness of breast before the cycle and during the cycle If these are not the reasons then check urlself for any lumps or mass in the breast area by slightly pressing towards the chest wall If u fund any lump then please visit a surgeon for confirmation and take a mammogram if suggested If not so that may be only premenstrual symptoms
