  4. Breath holding pattern. Please help.

Breath holding pattern
My 14 months old girl kid holds her breath and turns blue and unconscious. She becomes normal in a minute or so but this concerns me a lot. Please help.

Cyanotic breath holding spells is not a serious problem at this age. You only have to visit once to a pediatrician to rule out congenital cyanotic heart disease.
