Can a person stop breathing without any problem,i always feel i'm not breathing enough i do'nt have any medical conditions but still feel i will die of shortness of breathe

Pl do not worry. Pl do yoga, pranayama. If your spo2 is Normal, you are breathing enough. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
