Breathing problem during sleep
I woke up last night unable to breathe. I struggled for a few seconds and finally took a huge breath. Immediately after taking this huge breath, I had an extremely sore throat and serious burning in my ears. This morning my throat is still sore and my voice is raspy almost gone. What did I experience?

Seems like some acute viral agent has caused infection in your upper airways.  Do consult a chest physician for relief.
