Breathing problem
Swelling in septum. Can't breath normally. . I don't have cold cough and headache. Is surgery necessary. Or it can be cure by any tablets.

If u can't breathe properly then the cause is probably ur deviated septum and associated sinus issues ... If u have tried medications and still the problem persists then surgery is advisable

For nasal problems pl do not worry much at present as scan report is showing mild problem.If your hearing is good and no history of discharging ears then go for online consultation.If you have ear problems too as scan is showing then go for physical consultation.
