  4. Breathing sound due to cough. Please?

Breathing sound due to cough
My son is 14 days old. While breathing, he is making noise from the past one day due to cough and difficulty in breathing. We have used saline nasal spray and he is breathing normally. Is there anything concerning and what else can be done please?
