Presenting with above complaint. On Rx for treatment with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid 500 mg. After which fever n flank pain developed. Creat 5.4 TC 40,000 na 127. Rest Al normal. Also on erythropoietin inj. HB 8.1

You might require admission, as your TLC count is very high. You will require IV antibiotics as per urine culture and sensitivity..
Consult a Nephrologist asap.
