Breathlessness and shivering
Am 16 weeks pregnant. My mother in law stays with us. She fights throws tantrums and cries a lot. This was before but has increased after my father in law expired. I have been asked by the doctor to take rest no heavy work. well during these fights I can't keep control on my breathing. It seems I can't breath. My heart beat increases and my hands keep shaking..Is it normal..please help.

It is due to stress around do pranayam and relaxation exercises
