White part can be tartar or caluclus accumulated on the bridge.
Chipped ceramic or acrylic from the bridge can also look the same. Check If you r experiencing any roughness on the bridge or any metal is exposed.
If it's porcelain fused to metal bridge the color of the porcelain won't change with time. Plaque or tartar can make the bridge look more yellow.
Get the cleaning of the teeth done.
U can replace the existing bridge with Emax, Zirconia which gives you a very esthetic, natural look.
The white part in your mouth can either be a broken part of your bridge , calculus ( hardened plaque ) , or some chipped portion of your teeth. To decide you will need checkup. If you feel any roughened edge or missing portion of teeth or bridge. About your bridge looking dull depends on what material was it made of and has the top layer gotten rough to catch stain. And yellowing of teeth can be because of plaque and calculus deposit - you can get scaling and polishing for that.
Hello. You need to visit a dentist... If your bridge is old and food gets trapped between bridge and gum, your bridge may have to be changed... only after clinical check up and xrays can the doctor determine the treatment required. Happy to help. Dr Zankhana Mody Mohile
