Broken leg
My father(50)about 75kg weight.His bone just below the knee has been broken and he has been operated and small rods have been inserted.In his operated area some kind of a supporter has been inserted so that his bone and internal rods remains steady.It has already been 8 and a half weeks since his operation how much more time will it take for him to start walking??or should he just start walking already...

8.5 weeks is a good time, bone should have united.

share x-rays..as it is difficult to comment without seeing the x-rays.
