My right arm was broken because i felldown on flooring with very force surgery done with imported plate fitted 15 days back now seuters removed, doctor not prescribed any medicines now my doubt is any calcium medicines need or not, which kind of food will take, in future plate will remove or not?

At your age, if you are having a good balanced diet you do not need any calcium tablets. Make sure you eat fresh vegetables, fruits, protein and dairy products. You can also eat chicken/eggs/fish if you are a non-vegetarian. Exercise the elbow as instructed by your doctor.
It is too early to decide if the plate needs removal. The fracture takes 3-4 months to heal and then lots of physio is needed to get a good range of movement. Only once you have fully recovered this decision can be made. Sometimes the plates are left and there is no harm.
