Hi sir.....    The symptoms of sensitivity indicates that broken area exposes dentine(second layer) of your teeth... You need to do tooth coloured filling with composites .. Anyway X_ray (IOPA) should be done to confirm whether the pulp(nerve layer) is not involved before going for filling

Hi, If the roots and a little portion of the crown is intact it may be possible to save the tooth without extraction. The dentist will need to do a root canal treatment (RCT) followed by insertion of a post in the canal (post and core) followed by a cap on the tooth.
Next Steps
However if damage to crown is extensive then extraction followed by replacement of the tooth with a implant/bridge/removable denture are the available options

Hello Ma'am Greetings of the day. It is possible to repair a fractured tooth. Visit the dentist and get a x-ray done so that the possibility of RCT can be known. If the fracture involves the pulp, RCT will be needed followed by a crown and in case it is a superficial fracture, it can be restored using composite, veneers or crowns directly.
