Brown discharge
On 6th April I got brown color discharge , which I usually get before periods bleeding starts. So assuming it to be periods I used sanitary napkin. My last period was on March 9th. But till night there was no blood drop.on the sanitary napkin, just few brown drops, not red. Also I did not experience any stomach ache which I usually get. Second day too napkin had brown spots, and same on the third day. I did home pregnancy test on the third day with the first urine sample in the morning. It turned out to be negative. Please suggest what to do.

Repeat urine pregnancy test after a week or do serum beta hcg if you want to rule out pregnancy now.

can be due to various reasons but then if the Urine Pregnancy test is negative pregnancy is definitely ruled out and so you need to do an ultrasound scan to find out how much endometrial thickness is there or is it associated with ovarian cyst or any other issues
