Bubble below tongue
2 months before accidently part below my tongue chewed. It started paining. Later a bubble is developed there of blood & it burst. After that every 4-5 days till date a bubble is formed of saliva or sometimes of blood & pains for 1-2 days & it automatically burst. I am very afraid of be cancer, pls suggest what to do. It's a small retention cyst and it just requires a small procedure under local anaesthesia. No marsupialisation to be considered as that has a 20 % chance of recurrence

Sir It is not cancer. Donot worry. It may be a retention cyst. It contains mucous /saliva usually. Because of trauma from biting some blood may have collected inside. It is not serious. But it may increase in size or may get infected.  It can be treated by minor surgical procedure by a ENT surgeon.
