Does buccal mucosa dieases like osmf(oral submucous fibrosis)effect submandibular lymp node ...does osfm swell lymph node under the jaw ...and if it is detected very early can it be completely cured by antioxidant lycopene and vitams with corticosteroid oinment .

No it donot affect submandibular lymph node . In Osmf fibrous changes take place in buccal mucose ( inner side of cheek).
No lymph node involvement in Osmf Sir .

1)STOPAGE OF ALL TOBACCO CONSUMING HABIT.
2) Medicines SMFibro ,Lycoret (lycopene)
3) Dulimas Forte ointment /Tacrolimus ointment .
