Bucket handle tear
Bucket handle tear of posterior horn of medical meniscus is showing in mri actually I had my injury on May 25 this year and doctor suggested me for rest and after a month I did mri it is showing bucket handle tear , should I go for meniscus repair or partial menisctomy , which would be good option , my age is 28 ?

Meniscus repair always first priority and Partial meniscectomy depending on the tear area . So that will be intraop decision .

Depends on the finding during surgery
If it is repairable the surgeon will put sutures through it and repair else excise
There are criteria for repair which are beyond the scope of this platform to answer
