Bulky uterus and Rt. small ovarian cyst
Heavy bleeding every month 10 to 18 days. Clots and cramps while bleeding. Uterus 73*47*55 MM extroverted.bulky in size with normal myometrical echotexture. No focal lesions booed. Endometrial echo measures 12-13mm. Rt. Ovary 13*17mm in size with e/o 30*14 MM simple cyst. Do I need to go for surgery please suggest.

Hi. Ya. You need hysteroscopy and D&C. If you completed your family then you can go for mirena insertion.
