I have a hard bump on the side of my nose about 1/2 an inch below my eye. I tried to squeeze it because I thought it was a pimple, nothing came out of it when I squeezed it. it went away for about an hour then came back. So this time I just let it be. The bump is now hard. I think it may be an allergic reaction to the nose pads on my glasses, but I'm not entirely sure. I have very sensitive skin, and I have allergies.

Swelling which appears and disappears is usually because of allergy or irritation. You need to identify cause for the swelling and then treatment can be planned
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
