Bumps on back after waxing

Its been a week since I had my back waxed. After 2 or 3 days of waxing I got red itchy bumps on my back. I have been applying aloe veraa gel on it for cooling effect but the bumps seems to have increased and it kinds of hurts now when I lie on back. Can you please suggest some remedies
